Steven Jeffcoat, CPA
Steven is a graduate of Texas Tech University with degrees in Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting – Taxation.
Upon graduation, Steven began his accounting career with an international accounting firm in Dallas, Texas. During this employment, he worked within a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, real estate, and service. Steven’s clients comprised of high wealth individuals, partnerships, and both private of public corporations. He assisted in areas from wealth management and estate planning to corporate consolidated compliance and FAS 109 consulting engagements.
In 2006, Steven joined Johnson, Miller & Co to focus his efforts on serving clients effectively in the Permian Basin and beyond. His clients have remained primarily in the energy, manufacturing, real estate, and service industries. Steven has consulted on numerous purchase and sale transactions as well as consulting on tax and economic impacts to partnership transactions.
Steven serves on the Board of Directors and in leadership and executive roles for the following organizations: Permian Basin Petroleum Association, Midland Shared Spaces, Casa de Amigos, and Southwest Oilman’s Tennis Tournament.
Steven is certified to practice public accounting in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
When Steven is not serving clients and the community, he enjoys traveling, sports, and quality time with his family.
