Cynthia D. Rebber, CPA
Cynthia D. Rebber, CPA, CVA is a shareholder of Johnson Miller & Co.. Her career began in the Odessa office of a regional accounting firm where she gained extensive experience in the accounting and taxation areas. She received her CPA certification in 1984 and continued to expand her experience to encompass all areas of taxation - individual, corporate, partnership, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans, performing consulting and planning services in these areas as well.
In 1990, Mrs. Rebber joined Johnson Miller & Co. as Supervisor of the tax department for the firm's most recent office expansion into Odessa, Texas. She provides consulting, compliance, and planning services in the accounting and tax areas for the service, oil and gas, manufacturing, and construction industries along with a variety of other industries.
Mrs. Rebber became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1999. This specialization from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts is dependent upon completion of business valuation training, a written examination, and continuing formal education in the business valuation area. Mrs. Rebber has utilized this training in the areas of litigation, estates and gifts, and business sales and acquisitions.
Mrs. Rebber is licensed to practice public accounting in Texas. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
